Refund Policy

Returns & Cancellations 

 

Restricted items that have been formally transferred or recorded under firearms legislation may not be returnable except where legally required or where goods are faulty.

 

Non-restricted goods may be returned in line with UK consumer legislation and our returns policy.Where a product has been unopened and unused we will issue a full refund in the exception of ammunition and powders. Exchanges may be available.

When opened and used we will only issue a refund if the product is faulty during normal use if there has been tampering, alteration or misuse of the product a return and a refund will not be issued.

Returns and cancellations will always be discussed with you (the customer) to try and reach the best outcome for both parties.
