Acceptable Use
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with the following requirements.
You Must
Ensure that you are legally entitled to possess any firearm, shotgun, ammunition, or controlled part you seek to purchase
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information relating to your identity, age, and licensing status
Comply with all certificate conditions, calibre and quantity limits, and storage requirements
Present valid documentation when requested (including, where applicable, a firearms certificate, shotgun certificate, visitor or temporary permit, or police or Home Office authority)
Follow all statutory transfer, verification, and collection procedures, including in-store or RFD-to-RFD transfer where required
Ensure that delivery or collection locations are lawful and authorised for possession of the relevant items
Use all products in a safe, responsible, and lawful manner
Notify us promptly if your certificate, authority, or eligibility status changes
Comply with any reasonable verification or security checks we are required to carry out
You must not
Attempt to purchase any restricted item which you are not legally permitted to own or possess
Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information relating to identity, age, certificate, or authority
Engage in proxy or straw purchasing, or purchase on behalf of another person without lawful authority
Attempt to bypass statutory transfer, licensing, or verification procedures
Arrange delivery or transfer to a location where possession would be unlawful
Export, sell, transfer, or transport controlled items in breach of UK import, export, or licensing controls
Acquire ammunition or components in breach of certificate limits or calibre restrictions
Use the website to arrange, encourage, or facilitate unlawful possession, modification, or use of firearms or ammunition
Misuse discount codes, promotions, or returns processes
Interfere with the security or operation of the website, or copy or commercially reuse our content without permission
Certain products may only be supplied where appropriate documentation or verification has been provided. We may refuse, cancel, or delay any order, suspend an account, or report matters to relevant authorities where we reasonably believe that these terms or applicable laws have been breached.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
Important Notes
Your certificate must be signed, in date and have the required slot open for the item you are purchasing.
By purchasing restricted products from us you accept that we will store information from your firearms, shotgun or air weapon licence, this may include name, address and licence number. This is for our record keeping purposes.
PAYMENT
Payment for products on our website can be made using the payment methods displayed at checkout.
For standard products and accessories, payment is taken at the time of ordering.
For restricted items, including firearms, shotguns, ammunition, and controlled parts, we will only proceed with processing the payment once we have received and verified all required documentation, including firearms or shotgun certificates, permits, or other authority as applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay payment for any restricted item where verification cannot be completed or where you are not legally entitled to possess the item.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally entitled to purchase the products and that all information and documentation provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.
We may take additional steps to verify your identity, licensing status, or eligibility before processing your order.
For purchasing goods to secure a particular product a 25% non refundable deposit is required. This will be deducted from the total price you pay. We also require a 25% non refundable deposit for items that we special order in for you, this too will be deducted from total price.
PRICING
All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
We make every effort to ensure that prices listed are accurate. However, prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Some products include VAT in the displayed price, while others may be shown excluding VAT. Where VAT is not included, it will be added at the applicable rate during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in pricing and to refuse or cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that prices may change and that the price you pay will be the price confirmed at the time your order is processed.
Pricing does not include cost of packaging and delivery this is an additional charge that is dependent on location of the buyer as well as the size, weight and nature of the product.
Order Processing & Verification
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
For restricted items, your order will only progress once:
Certificates or permits have been reviewed
Transfer arrangements are lawful for both locations
Jurisdiction-specific conditions are satisfied
Orders may be cancelled where:
Documentation is invalid
Licence limits would be exceeded
We cannot complete a lawful transfer
Delivery, Transfer & Collection
In Scotland, restricted items are supplied only through lawful transfer processes, which may include:
in-store collection with document verification
RFD-to-RFD transfer
statutory recording and notification
Where an item is being transferred to England & Wales or Northern Ireland:
transfer will only proceed where the receiving RFD confirms compliance
local licensing or police authority requirements are satisfied
any applicable jurisdictional restrictions are followed
We will not transfer or ship restricted items where we cannot confirm lawful possession conditions.
Non-restricted goods may be shipped using standard delivery where appropriate.
Risk transfers upon lawful handover.
Firearms must be sent via parcelforce or a special courier, as parcelforce do not offer insurance on firearms you must accept risk of loss or damage during delivery. To the extent permitted by law. Either that or other options can be considered on a case by case basis.
Returns & Cancellations
Restricted items that have been formally transferred or recorded under firearms legislation may not be returnable except where legally required or where goods are faulty.
Non-restricted goods may be returned in line with UK consumer legislation and our returns policy.
Where a product has been unopened and unused we will issue a full refund in the exception of ammunition and powders.
When opened and used we will only issue a refund if the product is faulty during normal use if there has been tampering, alteration or misuse of the product a return and a refund will not be issued.
Product Use and Safety
You must use and store products safely and lawfully and in accordance with:
Scottish law or the law in your jurisdiction
licence and certificate conditions
manufacturer guidance
You are responsible for transport, storage, and possession compliance.
We are not liable for consequences arising from unlawful or unsafe use.

If you are located in England & Wales or Northern Ireland, you are responsible for ensuring that you comply with the firearms and licensing laws that apply in your jurisdiction, particularly where they differ from Scottish requirements.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
